Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the InvisibleVPN mobile application or related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

InvisibleVPN provides:

  • Virtual Private Network (VPN) connectivity using WireGuard encryption
  • Server selection across multiple regions
  • Optional premium subscriptions via Google Play
  • Rewards program including points, games, and spin wheel features
  • Speed testing, connection history, and session logs within the app
  • Push notifications for service updates and promotions

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Comply with all applicable local laws regarding VPN use

You are responsible for ensuring VPN use is legal in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

To use most features, you must create an account with a valid email address and verify it via OTP.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your credentials confidential
  • Notify us promptly of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use InvisibleVPN to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
  • Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
  • Abuse, overload, or disrupt our servers or network
  • Use the service for illegal activities

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. VPN Service and Data

6.1 Encryption

VPN traffic is encrypted in transit using WireGuard technology.

6.2 Connection Data

We collect connection metadata (such as server selection, connection status, assigned VPN IP, session timestamps, and bandwidth totals) to operate the service and show you History and Logs in the app.

We do not monitor or store the content of your browsing activity (websites visited or application traffic contents).

6.3 First-Use Consent

Before your first VPN connection, the app presents a consent dialog explaining VPN use and data collection. By continuing, you agree to that disclosure.

7. Premium Subscriptions and Billing

7.1 Plans

Premium plans may include weekly, monthly, 6-month, and annual options with varying device limits and features as described in the app and on our pricing page.

7.2 Payment

Subscriptions on Android are billed through Google Play. Payment terms are governed by Google’s policies.

7.3 Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to Google Play policies.

7.4 Rewards-Based Premium

You may also earn temporary premium access by redeeming reward points. Reward premium is subject to availability and program rules.

8. Device Limits

The number of simultaneous logged-in devices depends on your plan (e.g., free: 1 device; higher tiers allow more). Exceeding your plan limit may prevent new device logins until you log out elsewhere or upgrade.

9. Rewards Program

The rewards program (points, games, spin wheel, redemption) is provided at our discretion. We may:

  • Change point values, rewards, or eligibility rules
  • Limit daily spins or game rewards
  • Modify or discontinue the program at any time

Points have no cash value unless explicitly stated.

10. Advertisements

The free version of the app may display third-party advertisements via Google AdMob. Ad content and data collection are subject to Google’s terms and policies.

11. Push Notifications

We may send service and promotional notifications if you enable them. You can manage notification permissions in your device Settings.

12. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, logos, and software are owned by InvisibleVPN or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal use only.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

13. Third-Party Services

The app integrates third-party services including Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, and Cloudinary. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

14. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Specific speeds or server availability
  • Access to any particular website or service through the VPN

We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes without prior notice.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

You may stop using the service at any time by logging out and uninstalling the app. Cancelling subscriptions must be done through Google Play.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVISIBLEVPN IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that it will be secure or free from errors.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVISIBLEVPN AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNISHIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or AUD $50 if you used the free service.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InvisibleVPN and its operator from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Australia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

20. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at:

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
